The Nomadic Bubble formed in response to a call for a temporary structure, which was easily transportable. The aim was to create a highly flexible space that could be used for a variety of activities.
The bubble is formed by a plastic membrane that enables an airtight sealed space, which can change in volume dependant on the various needs of the interior space. A key component to the design had been the easy of deconstruction and reconstruction as well as transportability. All components are designed to fit within a shipping container and are standardised to be easily assembled without additional infrastructure and machinery.
