Museum of the city; a library, archive and viewing deck; the usce tower renovation aimed to form an intervention that would celebrates the long and arduous history of Belgrade and the site. Inspired by the work of performance artist Marina Abramović, the design aimed to confront people with the scars of the past and take visitors on a sensational tower of the city and rich cultural legacy.
